Hi! I'm not a "spring chicken", but a plucky, "free range" chicken. I like to search/stumble the "net" for fun, creative, eclectic, useful, & inspirational info. "Expect the unexpected!"
I'm letting it be known that I'm a recovering obsessive "leaf peeper"
(as you can see below) and "stumble addict" --
who needs to come to grips with my obsessions,
so instead of using the stumble bar (besides, I've got issues with SU),
I've decided to stumble my SU Friend's sites and other's.
But it's getting to the place where even that's addictive,
so I've come to the conclusion that I've got to try something else.
I'm still pondering.
I've figured out what to do. While being in, Stumbleupon,
I've found that it's fun interacting and communicating with people --
regardless of whether anyone visits my other site or not.
However, there comes a point where it's hard
to keep up with so many sites and people,
which brings me back to the crux of the matter --
I've decided to try something different for the month of November --
it being the month that we celebrate Thanksgiving here in the USA.

This is my plan: The idea has come to mind for me to have an "Open House":

1. a party or reception during which anyone who wishes may visit to share in a celebration, meet a special guest, etc.
2. a time during which a school, institution, etc., is open to the public for exhibition or for some specific occasion.
3. a house hospitably open to all friends who may wish to visit it.
